This Sat 7/31 8:00 Bustop ride

Hey babes,

Becky has volunteered to be the ride leader this Sat in my absence since I'll be riding the Courage Classic fundraiser in Copper. Please email her at remerle@ball.com if you plan on joining her.

Since she's training for the 70.3 she's doing a 60 miler (Carter Lake) but you can turn around whenever you want to.

See you all Monday night for the last track workout this summer!

8:30am Group Ride at the Bus Stop parking lot off Broadway in North Boulder

Hey babes,

We're meeting at 8:30am for a ride to Lyons and the fruit loops. However, you can turn back when we get to Lyons or just do one of the fruit loops. The ride to Lyons would take about 1 1/2, both fruit loops would be a 2 1/2 hour or so ride and just one fruit loops about 2 hours. See ya then!

This weekend's brick

Ladies,

I will be out of town this weekend but if you girls want to ride together this weekend you can send an email and arrange a meet up time. I would recommend doing:

Sprint distance: Jamestown and then back side of Old Stage about 1 1/2 hour ride

Olympic and Half-Ironman distances: Front side of Old Stage and then back side of Lee Hill about 2 hours and you can add on more distance by riding down 36 to Lyons and back.

Earlier option for Sat workout with Becky leading and 9am workout

"I plan on going for a ~3 hour ride at 7 am on Saturday morning starting from Tom Watson Park followed by a ~30 min run. Becky You can email her at remerle@ball.com.

The other ride is at 9am at the Bus Stop if you want to ride later. I will most likely not be there since I have to be at the Sprint Expo early that morning. I'd recommend doing a climbing ride like Jamestown then back side of Old Stage or to mile marker 15 towards Ward. Let me know if you gals have any questions.

CXLD!!! Saturday Brick from Amante and Sunday's rehearsal

Hey ladies,

I'm going to go ahead and cancel the ride. I know the rain has let down but I just watched the 9news weather forecast and it's going to be heavy rain off and on all day/night. I recommend playing it safe and riding on a home trainer or jumping in a spin class at your local gym.

Sunday
$40 for sprint rehearsal at 7:00am. $20 if you bring an adult volunteer. I have the application/waiver so email me if you're interested. I need this by noon on Friday so we can get a final count and have their email address so they get all of the details about wave start times, etc. Also, if you are bringing a volunteer I need the volunteer contact information by noon Friday so they get the email with details and their assignment.

Tri Babes Massage Special!

Tri Babes
Massage Special!
(Expires April 30th, 2010)
Hi ladies!

As the massage sponsor for the Tri Babes, I would like to offer each member $10 off your first massage of the season! The regular team rate is $50 so your first visit will be $40. I hope to be able to work with all of you to help improve your results this triathlon season. Massage is a wonderful tool for pre/post races or after hard workouts because it increases circulation in your body and helps get rid of lactic acid. Massage also loosens your muscles to help prevent you from getting injured and/or to recover faster from an injury.

Please email or call me to schedule an appointment.
