Tomorrow's workout

Hi Everyone!

First let me apologize for the tardiness of this post. Tomorrow's workout will be... a long group run here in Boulder. Let's meet at Amante at 9:00am and depending upon how far people want to go, we can split into groups.

I hope to see people there!

As a Tri Babes athlete you get a steal of a deal on testing and will definitely walk out feeling like you got a wealth of information for a minuscule price.

Please email me Coach Andie, Head Mentor Director for the SheRox Denver race, your brief triathlon racing history and why you would be a good mentor for the Denver race. I will review your application and choose the best applicants (not based on race level but rather the complete application). Please email me with any questions and forward to any female triathletes whom you might think would be interested.
