Saturday's work out is a bike ride. Lets meet at 10:00 at Boulder Reservoir with bikes, helmets, and gear! Let me know if you are coming, I am excited to see everyone there!

Lets plan on meeting Saturday April 3rd at 10:00 am at Boulder Res. The weather looks like we will be able to do a brick, so bring your bikes, cool weather riding gear, and your sneakers. Let me know by Friday evening if you are planning to come.
